Responsibilities:
What You'll Do - Deliver high quality, personalized service to every guest through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and an engaging dining atmosphere.
- Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties for your assigned section and shift.
- Stay knowledgeable about all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions with confidence.
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation throughout the dining experience.
- Process all payment methods accurately and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone supports each other through the rush.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance as an ambassador of our restaurant.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver hospitality that goes above and beyond expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring - An outgoing, social personality and a genuine love for connecting with people.
- Excellent communication and listening skills — you read a table as well as you read a menu.
- A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude even during the busiest shifts.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends — our highest-volume shifts, and where great servers shine most.
- The ability to handle a high-volume section under pressure while keeping your cool and supporting your teammates.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
- Ability to stand and move at a fast pace throughout your shift.
