Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Sous Chef with strong culinary expertise and leadership skills, capable of supporting the daily management of the kitchen while ensuring excellence in every service.
As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Chef and the culinary team, supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring the quality of every dish, and leading the team during service to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Your responsibilities will include…- Supporting the Chef in the daily management and organization of the kitchen.
- Supervising the culinary team during preparation and service.
- Ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Coordinating mise en place and operational planning for service.
- Training, motivating, and developing the kitchen team.
- Ensuring strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and safety regulations.
- Managing inventory, orders, and product storage.
- Supporting cost control, recipe costing, and resource optimization.
- Collaborating in the development of menus, seasonal proposals, and new culinary creations.
- Maintaining close communication with the F&B team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in fine dining restaurants, 5★ hotels, or demanding culinary environments.
- Culinary training or gastronomy education.
- Proven experience in team leadership and kitchen management.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Passion for gastronomy and culinary innovation.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid work permit for Spain.
