Job Summary 

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be a Culinary Leader for the team, responsible to lead and inspire with your creativity and innovation. The right candidate is passionate, driven, and pursues culinary excellence.

What you will do

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and development

  • Run the shifts and lead the team

  • Ensure the goals of the hotel are met

  • Influence the team and assist in progressing their career goals

  • Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations
