Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Lead, direct and supervise spa team in creating an outstanding experience for the guest. 

  • Provide consistent high standards of customer service and show excellent leadership skills – own and manage the department! 

  • Provide a clean and safe spa and leisure environment to both guests and employees. 

  • Deal with all membership enquiries, membership sales and other guest inquiries. 

  • Ensure all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently 

  • Consistently develop, promote and grow retail sales and services through training, tools and monitoring 

  • Achieve financial objectives and monitor KPI’s 

  • Liaise with the sales and marketing teams to promote all aspects of the spa and FIT facility. 

  • Attend applicable operational meetings 

  • Implement ongoing training for your team to make sure you have a competent team. 

  • Lead recruitment for your team and set up the departmental team structure. 

  • Keep employees motivated and working as a team, making sure each member of staff understands and adheres to company policies, procedures and guidelines. 

     

Experience 

  • Proven track record of spa manager experience in a similar environment. 

  • Languages: English is a must, other languages are appreciated. Dutch is a plus. 

  • Valid working permit for The Netherlands
