What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and personality
- Manage spa reservations and appointment scheduling
- Handle guest check-in/check-out and process payments
- Provide information about spa treatments, facilities, and products
- Coordinate with therapists to optimize daily schedules
- Maintain accurate guest records while ensuring confidentiality
- Support retail sales of spa products
- Keep the reception and guest areas clean, organized, and inviting
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service
- Resolve guest requests and concerns with a positive, solution-focused approach
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
- Strong communication skills (Czech & English required)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask -Professional appearance and positive attitude ---Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team player with a proactive mindset
