This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your Starbucks leadership experience into the dynamic environment of a full-service hotel. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading daily operations, coaching baristas, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and contributing as a valued member of our hotel's leadership team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous Starbucks leadership experience, preferably in a licensed or corporate store
  • Passion for coaching and developing associates
  • Strong operational and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
