Who are we looking for?

If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a team, this role is perfect for you. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready so the culinary team can work efficiently during service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Washing and maintaining all kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware, and equipment.
  • Supporting general cleaning of the kitchen and work areas, complying with hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Keeping the dishwashing area organized and helping with proper storage of items.
  • Assisting the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed.
  • Following the instructions of the Head Chef or supervisor to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Contributing to a professional, positive, and collaborative work environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role (valued, but not essential).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Orderliness, discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good presence, professionalism, and team spirit.
  • Valid work permit for Spain.
