We are seeking a dedicated Steward to support kitchen operations by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. This role plays a key part in delivering product quality, consistency, and an outstanding guest experience through attention to detail and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, food storage areas, loading dock, and waste facilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of walk‑in fridges, freezers, ovens, and storage areas
  • Strain and change deep fry oil as required
  • Clean exhaust hoods, filters, and stewarding equipment
  • Set up and clean buffets; polish chafing dishes and prepare carving stations
  • Ensure all work, access, and traffic areas are clean and safe
  • Store cleaned equipment correctly and maintain stewarding areas
  • Report accidents, breakages, safety issues, and equipment faults promptly
