Stewarding Manager

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Pacifica Companies. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

The Stewarding Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the stewarding department. Responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas, as well as night cleaning of property.

The ideal candidate should possess 3 years of supervisory experience in Stewarding, have good organizational skills, and knowledge of inventory management. In addition, the candidate should be able to supervise, develop, train, and coach a staff. This position requires AM/PM work, along with weekends and holidays; the candidate must be open to a flexible schedule. Fluency of Spanish a plus. SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card required, ServSafe Certification required within 60 days of hire.

Salaried position, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, Marriott Explore Travel Program discount. $50,000 - $55,000
