Supervisão da equipe de stewarding: Coordenar e distribuir tarefas entre os stewards, garantindo que todas as áreas estejam limpas e organizadas;
Gestão de inventário, habilidade pra lidar com planilhas;
Manutenção de padrões de higiene e segurança;
Treinamento de equipe;
Inspeções regulares: Verificar o estado dos equipamentos e instalações, solicitando manutenção quando
necessário;
Coordenação com outras áreas: Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de cozinha e serviço para garantir
operações fluidas;
Gestão de escala de folga;
Educação: Ensino médio completo;
Experiência em diferentes tipos de estabelecimentos (hotéis de luxo, centros de eventos);
Proatividade, espírito de servir e trabalho em equipe.
