Key Responsibilities

 主な仕事内容

• Lead and support Loss Prevention Officers
ロスプリベンションオフィサーの指導・サポート

• Patrol the property and ensure guest, room, and facility security
館内をパトロールし、ゲスト・客室・施設の安全を確保する

• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and life safety systems, and make internal announcements when necessary
監視カメラ、警報、ライフセーフティシステムをモニタリングし、必要に応じて館内アナウンスを行う

• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid/CPR as required
緊急事態に対応し、必要に応じて応急処置・CPR を実施する

• Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards
毎日の安全点検を実施し、潜在的な危険箇所を特定する

• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
インシデントを調査し、詳細な報告書を作成する

• Assist guests professionally and de-escalate disturbances
ゲスト対応を行い、トラブルを円滑に収束させる

• Manage key control and ensure the protection of confidential information
キーコントロールを管理し、機密情報を適切に保護する

• Contact, report to, and coordinate with police officers and firefighters when needed
必要に応じて警察官・消防隊へ連絡・報告し、協力する

• Document contracts and related reports in both Japanese and English
契約書および関連レポートを日本語と英語で文書化・整理する

• Support the manager in training and supervising team members, including new joiners
新規メンバーを含むチームメンバーのトレーニングおよび監督をマネージャーと共に行う

• Manage the Lost and Found operation
遺失物管理業務を担当する

• Support in responding to various audits
各種監査への対応をサポートする

 

 About You

 求める人物像

• 2+ years of security or loss prevention experience
セキュリティまたはロスプリベンション関連の実務経験2年以上

• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
スーパーバイザー・リーダー経験1年以上 • High school diploma or equivalent 高卒以上

• Strong communication skills; native or strong Business level Japanese and conversational level English preferred
コミュニケーション能力（ネイティブレベルの日本語力またはビズネスレベル以上の日本語力と英語力があれば尚可）

• Calm, proactive, and good problem solving skills
冷静で問題解決力の高い方

• Basic PC and report writing skills
PCスキルおよび報告書作成スキル

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
CPR・応急救護資格（または取得意欲のある方）
