We’re Hiring a Purchasing Supervisor
Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Supervisor to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Managing daily purchasing activities and supplier relationships
-Sourcing and negotiating competitive prices and terms
-Monitoring inventory and stock availability
-Coordinating purchasing and receiving processes
-Checking orders, deliveries, and invoices
-Supporting cost control and ensuring purchasing efficiency
-Working closely with Finance, F&B, Culinary, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments
-Supervising and supporting the Purchasing/Receiving team
We’re looking for someone with:
-2+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in hospitality
-Strong negotiation, analytical, and organisational skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Good Excel and computer skills
-Good English, Armenian and Russian communication skills
-Previous supervisory experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Education: Higher education
-Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
-Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
