POSITION SUMMARY

 

The St. Regis Hong Kong is seeking an exceptional Tea Master to join our Michelin‑starred Chinese restaurant team. This role is central to delivering a refined, culturally authentic, and memorable dining experience through the art and mastery of Chinese tea service.

The Tea Master will curate, prepare, and present premium teas with precision, elegance, and deep knowledge, while educating guests and collaborating closely with the culinary and service teams to elevate the overall gastronomic journey.

 

Qualification

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Tea Master, Tea Sommelier, or similar role within luxury hotels, Michelin‑starred restaurants, or fine‑dining Chinese establishments
  • Proven expertise in Chinese tea culture, brewing techniques, and ceremonial service
  • Excellent communication in Cantonese & English and guest‑engagement abilities
  • Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and cultural authenticity
