Trainee-Special Programs

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office team in providing efficient and professional guest service.
• Welcome guests, support check-in and check-out processes, and respond to basic guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, inspected, and ready for arrival.
• Update room status information and maintain accurate guest records in the hotel management system.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest requests under the guidance of supervisors.
• Support guest relations activities and help resolve routine service issues promptly and professionally.
• Learn and follow hotel standards, policies, safety procedures, and data privacy requirements.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, filing documents, and maintaining departmental records.
• Participate in departmental training sessions and gain exposure to Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and high level of customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with team members from other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by the Rooms Division Manager or designated supervisor.
