W Lounge Supervisor 
Role Overview
The W Lounge Supervisor oversees the day-to-day service operations of the hotel’s luxury cocktail lounge, ensuring a seamless guest experience, impeccable service standards, and smooth coordination between the bar, lounge, and service team. This role is key in maintaining the refined atmosphere expected of a 5-star property.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the service team on the floor, ensuring flawless 5★ service delivery. 
- Oversee guest seating, flow, and table management to maximize comfort and efficiency.
- Support the bar and service teams in delivering premium cocktails, food items, and personalized experiences.
- Ensure lounge ambiance meets luxury standards (lighting, music, cleanliness, readiness).
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and VIP interactions with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with the management team to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor daily opening and closing procedures and ensure full compliance with hotel standards.
- Perform daily financial closing, reconcile POS transactions, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist with staff coaching, on-the-job training, and performance follow-up.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality. Experience with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards is highly appreciated.
- Strong understanding of 5★ service etiquette and guest engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-coordination skills. 
- Ability to manage high-volume periods while maintaining a calm, luxury environment.
- Knowledge of premium cocktails, spirits, and lounge-style service is an advantage.
- Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a guest-focused mindset.
- An European Passport or Dutch Work permit is mandatory!
