Waiter/Waitress - W Prague

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a key role in ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. You will provide high-quality table service, share your knowledge of our menu and drinks list, and work closely with the team to deliver a seamless dining experience.

• Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when required.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve dishes and drinks with attention to detail and presentation.
• Ensure tables are set and maintained to the restaurant’s standards.
• Handle payments and operate POS systems with accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Proactively handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal appearance.

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.
• Good knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus).
