As a Wardrobe Coordinator, you will combine your passion for garment care, tailoring and organisation to maintain the exceptional standards synonymous with the world’s leading luxury hospitality brand. From expert alterations and uniform management to delivering personalised service, you will help create a professional and polished experience for both employees and guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly perform alterations, repairs, hemming and tailoring of employee uniforms to ensure impeccable presentation standards.
  • Maintain the highest standards of garment care and presentation for both employee uniforms and guest attire.
  • Oversee the issuing, collection, tracking and inventory management of employee uniforms and guest garments.
  • Coordinate dry cleaning, laundering and specialist care services for garments, linens and bedding.
  • Monitor uniform stock levels and maintain accurate wardrobe records, inventory systems and garment tracking processes.
  • Ensure all uniforms are presented in pristine condition, reflecting The Ritz-Carlton's legendary service standards.
  • Deliver professional, personalised service when assisting employees and guests with wardrobe requirements.

 

About You:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and garment presentation.
  • Previous experience in garment alterations, tailoring, sewing or wardrobe operations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a warm and professional approach.
  • Experience within a luxury hotel, wardrobe, dry-cleaning or uniform services environment is advantageous.
  • Confident computer skills, with experience maintaining inventory and record-keeping systems.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment.
