Are you a friendly, professional communicator who enjoys helping others? Join our team as a Whatever Whenever Agent and become the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between guests and hotel departments while creating a positive and lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information and efficiently directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Actively listen and respond to guest questions, concerns, and special requests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Anticipate guest needs, assist with accessibility requirements, and engage guests in conversation about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Process room service orders, wake-up calls, and other guest requests accurately using the hotel CRM and POS systems.
  • Maintain safety and security by following property procedures and reporting incidents or unsafe conditions.
  • Uphold hotel policies, standards, and confidentiality while maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Record and follow up on guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
