Compensation and Benefits Analyst EMEA Markets

As a member of the EMEA HR Compensation & Benefits Team, the Sr Analyst, C&B EMEA Markets, will contribute specialized knowledge and skills in C&B processes, including compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, adhoc reporting, data management, support with annual compensation cycles and EU pay transparency deliverables.
EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
Specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
Primary Responsibility: Compensation and Benefit Support for Properties
- Assist with day-to-day requests for the C&B team, including all levels of C&B.
- Assist with data collation and updates required as part of the Pay Transparency project.
- Manage manual datasets and processes across EMEA (until automation efforts are complete).
- Assist with the management of the completion of annual compensation processes.
- Manage and partner in various C&B projects by providing analytics and support to the C&B Leaders.
- Be the main lead source for the annual HIRG survey implementation, rollout and usage.
- Assist in working through all job code requests and managing the job code program for the hotels.
- Work with all hotel leaders and HR teams to ensure their data is accurate and available within the Mhub system[LV1] .
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with developing, implementing, and administering compensation policies and programs.
- Monitor reviews of compensation and benefits packages to maintain market positioning.
- Analyse data and identify trends in salary/ benefits and propose recommendations for optimization/improvements.
- Analyse and conduct salary analysis and review organizational pay practices to make recommendations that ensure external and internal competitiveness for potential candidates and existing employees.
- Adhere to and maintain regulatory compliance on various compensation & benefits related controls.
- Assist with the benefits enrolment/renewal process to ensure employees receive accurate information and enrolments/renewals are completed on a timely basis.[LV2]
- Prepare compensation, bonus, benefits reports, as and when required, for all stakeholders.
- Perform any other duties relevant to the role as assigned by the Compensation & Benefits team, as per the business requirements.
- Effectively & efficiently partner with all stakeholders for all compensation & benefits related initiatives/processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Data Analytics etc.
- Strong skills in Excel for analysis, formulas, and charting.
- 2-5 years of Compensation & Benefits experience.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports, and metrics.
- Experience working with compensation market data, including survey data submission, market data levelling, and market data reporting.
- Ability to develop presentation decks to illustrate and communicate related information.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
