FLEX Senior Manager - Quality Performance Improvement

The FLEX Senior Manager, Performance Improvement involves leading and coordinating project aimed at enhancing guest experience across all tiers of the organization, serving as the primary contact for stakeholders. The role will review, research and analyze existing tools and resources for stakeholders to assess the effectiveness and utilization by properties across all brands in the US & Canada. The role will focus on ways to increase guest service, performance improvement and drive Intent to Recommend (ITR). The Senior Manager will make recommendations and prioritize decisions that will be implemented to align with strategic priorities that drive results. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic actions.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

Education and Experience

 

Required

·      4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major

·      3+ years of business management experience within hotel operations, real estate, airlines, or similar field.

  • Experience with and demonstrated ability to compile and analyze data to identify targeted focus area to achieve results

 

Preferred

·      Hospitality or lodging operations experience or knowledge of hotel operations across all departments

·      Ability to innovate and articulate new concepts clearly and in a compelling way

·      Negotiating, influencing and problem resolution skills

 

                 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

 

·      Act as point of contact and lead for all project-related deliverables and socialize work with core stakeholders

·      Independently conduct discussions with key stakeholders, including tools and playbooks developers, project managers, training coordinators and end users to develop understanding of landscape of ITR tools and trainings

·      Document catalog of ITR tools and trainings

·      Assess usability and priority of ITR tools and trainings for each brand tier

·      Develop a roadmap for implementing ITR solutions in each brand tier

·      Conduct quantitative analysis to assess priority markets to test solutions

·      Assess impact of solutions through quantitative analysis

·      Gather and analyze data on existing tools and resources available to drive performance improvements

·      Assess internal data and performance metrics to identify operational strengths and weaknesses

·      Translate research of tools into insights and possible action plans

·      Prepare visualization from findings that support decision-making

·      Support and  prioritize initiatives based on data-backed evaluations/research

·      Assess stakeholder needs and creatively approach solutions

·      Communicate results, make recommendations and implement decisions to influence appropriate course of action

·      Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

 

The pay range for this position is $47.35 to $65.63 per hour.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
