Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Legend H&S OÜ. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

 

General Manager drives the strategic direction of the hotel, optimizes profitability and upholds the brand's standards and hotel reputation.
Position is unique as GM is responsible for two hotels in same property, Courtyard and Moxy. Manage budgets, forecast financial performance and reports regularly.
 
Requirements:
Native Polish
Deep understanding in hotel operations. 
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years experience in GM position in International Hotelchain, preferably MI. 
Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop high performing teams.
