Position Summary: 

• Responsible for the coordination of operational training activities, programs and initiatives, setting the pace in the industry
• Assist with the onboarding of associates and operational training
• Assist with all areas of learning and development whilst following Marriott’s learning and development requirements, feeling empowered to make an impact
• Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Monitor learning activities for both Rooms Division and Food and Beverage operations
• Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the team
