At Sheraton Heathrow Hotel, the guest experience doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. Our Night Receptionists play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests throughout the night. From late-night arrivals to early-morning departures, you will be the face of the hotel, providing outstanding service and handling key operational tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest inquiries, process reservations, and manage late-night requests.
  • Maintain security and ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
  • Conduct night audits, process reports, and manage financial transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations overnight.

  • A dependable and detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and upholding brand standards.
  • The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience: No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Supervisory Experience: None.

License or Certification: Not required.
