A day in the life…
As an Reservations & Guest Relations Executive, you guide our guests from booking to check-out, ensuring every detail is perfect. You manage a smooth reservation flow and offer a heartfelt welcome, adapt to individual preferences, and serve as the go-to contact for questions and feedback.
•Handle incoming bookings (by phone, email, online, or walk-ins) and process them accurately in the PMS (Property Management System).
•Monitor room availability and align group bookings, promotions, and rates with the Sales & Revenue team.
•Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and modification requests.
•Prepare guest stays with attention to preferences, special occasions, and transportation needs.
•Greet guests warmly upon arrival, acting as the main contact for VIPs and returning guests.
•Handle complaints or concerns diplomatically and with a solution-oriented mindset.
•Collaborate closely with colleagues from Housekeeping and F&B to exceed expectations.
•You have a background in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a similar field, or relevant experience in hospitality (e.g., reception, reservations, customer service).
•Preferably, you have at least two years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
•Experience with systems like Opera, Protel, or Mews? Great! If not, we’re happy to train you.
•Experience working with international guests, VIPs, or repeat clients is a plus.
•You're available for a full-time position (38h), mainly during office hours Monday through Friday.
•You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of an additional language such as French, German, or Spanish is a welcome bonus.
