As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Spa, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests. You will be instrumental in creating memorable and personalized moments, delivering service excellence from the initial welcome to the guest’s departure.
In this role, you will promote Spa services, manage and confirm reservations, check in guests, respond to inquiries, and process payments. Your ability to provide smooth, intuitive service will contribute to the overall luxury experience our brand is known for.
To excel in this position, it is essential to maintain a professional appearance, adhere to safety protocols and company policies, and uphold the highest service and quality standards. Spa Receptionists are expected to be proactive, guest-focused, and capable of standing for extended periods while efficiently managing the reservation system. Some physical duties—such as reaching, lifting, or moving small items—may also be required to support smooth daily operations.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience: Prior experience as a Spa Receptionist in a luxury or five-star resort setting
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Spa operations or hospitality management (e.g., Spa Therapist Certification, First Aid & CPR, Customer Service Training)
Languages: Proficiency in English and Russian is required
